Upon booking a charter trip, a $250 deposit is required to secure your date. This deposit is not an additional charge and will be applied toward the total cost of the trip. The deposit is refundable only if Cajun Experience Bowfishing Charters cancels the trip due to weather or other unforeseen external circumstances, or if the guest cancels at least seven (7) days prior to the scheduled charter date. If a cancellation is made less than seven (7) days before the trip, the deposit becomes non-refundable. If the number of attendees decreases on the day of the charter, a $100 fee will be applied to account for the reserved capacity and equipment/staffing arrangements. In the event Cajun Experience Bowfishing Charters must cancel due to weather or other external factors, the deposit will be fully refunded. Guests are encouraged to plan and schedule carefully to help avoid last-minute cancellations.
